GUEST: I was compiling a few dozens of Java Classes and running the task manager.
I had just started Windows OS, and that may be the cause.



Maximum slowness yet reported was 54109 ms, average is 9415

slow native file access probably due to heavy disk activity, nothing fixable in netbeans
