This bug was originally marked as duplicate of bug 187099, that is already resolved. This bug is still valid, so this seems to be another bug, but it might be related.

The problem may happen only during the CSS preview initialization (for the first time). Given that and also the fact that the defult css preview by Flying Saucer XHMTL renderer has been removed from the standart distribution (moved to AU) I'm closing the issue as WONTFIX.
