layer.xml View become broken

In my rcp appl I've deleted unnessesary elements(about 10) from Actions/Window. I made this via viewer, i.e. by expanding <this layer in context>.
The first that happend after a do this - the most of nodes losed their text descriptions and icons (simply blank nodes ). Next I rolled up the <layer.xml> node and that's!
The <layer.xml> view become completely broken.

Just tried in a fresh app and it worked fine for me. Restart the IDE; also open layer.xml as text and check that it is still well-formed and valid XML.
