It would be useful to have a link to the related FAQs at http://wiki.netbeans.org/NetBeansUserFAQ#Plugin_Portal on the Plugin Portal 2.0 page.

Honzo, can you please put the link to FaqPluginAdd Wiki FAQ [1] to the first page of plugin publishing wizard? Ideally below "Cancel" and "Next" buttons. Something like "For more information about publishing plugins please read _How do I add my own Plugins?_ Wiki page." where the underscored text is the link. Thanks!
