After you checkout sources that have a netbeans project, the Open Projects dialog appears that enable you to select the projects that you want to open.

To select the projects you select the name(s)/row(s) that you want to open.
I think it would be clearer and simpler if there was a checkbox to the left of each project that you want to open instead of selecting a table row.
