It would be great to improve commenting feature on the new Plugin Portal 2.0.

Firstly, it is not possible to use HTML markup in the comments which is sometimes useful if plugin owner wants to provide some link, format some text etc. This is a regression against Plugin Portal 1.4.

Secondly, users cannot edit their comments which is also regression. If editing is hard to implement it would be at least good if users and administrators could delete comments.

Honzo, can you please add these features into Plugin Portal 2.1? Thanks!

html markup now allowed, of course filtering nasty code like xss off so it's safe.. will continue with edit/delete options..

Edit/delete option deployed, available to PP adminees and the comment author.
