On JDK 1.4 RC, Linux, Gnome+Sawfish, NetBeans 3.3 and NetBeans 3.3.1 RC:

Choose the Tools menu.  It pops up as expected.
Now move the mouse to other menus.  The menu changes,
but the menu component does not move - for the rest of
the session it will appear where the tools menu appears.

Tab popup menus for explorer also appear in the middle
of Explorer.

Sawfish x jdk issue. See original report for information, how to solve
the problem. Jan.
