It would be very nice if I could get a list of all matching words when I press (ALT - SPACE and choose one just like in code completion). Now I can only cycle between them one by one.

I'm not sure why this is so hard to implement. If you can get list of matching words with CTRL-L I'm not sure why you cannot call that method when I do code completion (CTRL-SPACE).

I see this working in NetBeans 4.0 and NetBeans 4.1. That's fine by me.
Sorry for opening old issue. In netbeans 7.2 it is actual again.
This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue. Thanks for your cooperation, NetBeans IDE 8.2 Release Boss
