Tools/Options/IDE Configuration/Look and Feel/Workspaces/Editing/Properties of output window... just keeps appending the text: "Properties of output Window" in to the textfield, over and over again....
Created attachment 4545 [details] ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException; there are other errors on file that have been reported on other issues.
It would help if you used some verbs here. What did you do? Your description is very brief and I don't understand it at all. I assume it is something to do with the window system but it is hard to tell, please add more information. The ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException is a bug in Swing. I thought such things were fixed in JDK 1.4 but apparently not. Seem to be semireproducible bugs in HTML rendering. There is nothing NetBeans can do about these that I know of. Also please choose a more useful bug title. I don't see the connection between the initial bug description, and the title + log file. They seem to be totally unrelated.
Sorry for not being more clear on my actions. I was setting Options... I selected; "IDE Configuration"/"Look and Feel"/"Workspaces"/"Editing" .... Then I clicked on "Output Window" which caused the last field in that group to change to "Properties of Output Window". Note that the field "Properties of Output Window" will reflect the last item that was clicked so it could read something else, (ie: "Properties of Editing"), but selecting it will cause the text that is in the TexField to start to repeat itself, appending that text to itself until some other field is selected. hth...Phil
