Lubos Kosco has a reproducable case when NetBeans is not possible to finish scanning after the start. From the stacktrace it looks like the Parsing thread is freezing in native listener. Because the scanning is not finished Netbeans are not usable.

I will investigate more, but it looks like a duplicate of the fixed #199497 which did not get into 7.0.1
