Steps to reproduce:
1) Create PHP project and new HTML file
2) Switch to local history for the html file
=>There is already some version but there's no difference to the actual (=just created and without any editation) version

Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201110100600)
Java: 1.7.0; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 21.0-b17
System: Linux version 2.6.38-11-generic running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)
