build 200202140100 JDK 1.4.0
1. open a project.
2. rearrange the frames (attach some to the left, some to the right - you 
know...).
3. close the IDE.
4. open the IDE.
5. the frames are not the same as when you left them...

build from 02/15

-start IDE in MDI
-exit IDE
-restart

Explorer isn't attached in Editing WS, frames in other workspaces have
heigth 0.

Zohar, version should be 3.4 !

increasing priority, Q-build stoper, you cannot work in MDI after
restart because of size of windows. See duplicated reports.
