Perhaps. There are a lot of bundle keys and images you _might_ want to brand in your app, and it is not feasible to offer a dedicated UI for all of them; many apps will not even use Plugin Manager (may be distributed and updated in some other way). TBD whether this case is commonly enough wanted that it deserves dedicated UI.
