This bug was originally marked as duplicate of bug 201743, that is already resolved. This bug is still valid, so this seems to be another bug, but it might be related.

It's assigned to Smarty, but I think that it's the problem of some external NB plugin (CodeSniffer for PHP) which blocks AWT by its action...

So probably won't fix. Am I right Martine?

Definitely you are, it's codesniffer plugin issue. Thanks for looking on that.

I raised the issue in their issue tracker:

Closing as wontfix.
