Can't install : System API is requested in version >= 7.32.1 but only 7.27.1 was found.

I can't install the plugin. The error message :

Some plugins require plugin Module System API to be installed.
The plugin Module System API is requested in version >= 7.32.1 but only 7.27.1 was found.  The following plugin is affected:       TypoScript


Testing environment :
Product Version: NetBeans IDE 7.1.2 (Build 201204101705)
Java: 1.7.0_07; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 23.3-b01
System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1252; fr_FR (nb)

Daniel withdrew his verification request for NetBeans 7.1 hence this issue can be closed.
