When trying to view cvs log for some file or folder cyrilic logs are shown as
abrakadabra.

Timofey, which cvs support do you use? There is a problem like this in
JavaCVS already (issue #11470). Command-line cvs support should work
O.K.

Could you please Timofey check this in latest development build of
NetBeans 3.4 ? If you still see the problem, don't hesitate to reopen
the bug. Meanwhile verifying as duplicate. Thanks.
