Description pmdumuid 2012-10-23 22:28:42 UTC
At our company, we like to use 4 spaces everywhere except in XML (because XML can have a high level of nesting compared with what we encourage for program languages).

Under Tools->Options->Editor->formatting

it would be nice to see "XML" as a language that can be formatted to have custom formatting.

Whilst we have tried to do the inverse, (set the global to 2, and specify each language to have 4), this has meant that the other languages that are not listed in "Language" (such as JavaScript) have defaulted to having an indent level of 2 which we wish to avoid!
