API is requested in ->1.49 but only 1.46 found.  I checked for updates and none found, so my IDE is update to date.  The plugin will not install

I was developing on the netbeans nightly-build. As i added the Project API lib to phpcsmd netbeans put version 1.49 to the run dependencies.

Sorry for that. 

The new version is fixed and uploaded.
