Can't add module compatible with NB-7.3

PluginPortal>MyPlugins>jVi (vi/vim) for NB-7.0 Update Center>AddBinary

Am now able to upload v-7.3 plugin. But can not request verification. Too early?

Yes, that's as designed. 7.3 bits are not available so you cannot ask for verification against it. Please wait few more days until Release Candidate will be out (hopefully January 22nd).
