My plugin http://plugins.netbeans.org/plugin/42525/restart-ide
is verified for 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, but the plugin does not appear in the update center.

I checked 
* http://plugins.netbeans.org/nbpluginportal/updates/7.0/catalog.xml.gz
* http://plugins.netbeans.org/nbpluginportal/updates/7.1/catalog.xml.gz
* http://plugins.netbeans.org/nbpluginportal/updates/7.2/catalog.xml.gz
and it is not in there.

7.1 and 7.0 module catalogs manually regenerated. 7.2 was already up-to-date. Thanks for your report Benno!
