This seems to be a JVM issue, when using Sun JDK
1.4.0 to run the IDE menus open up in the middle
of the menu bar, regardless of the menu that is
clicked. It is then almost impossible to select
correct menu item because the mouse cursor is in a
different place than the menu.  

This is not the case with 

-Blackdown 1.3.1_02B_FCS JDK, everything works
fine with that JVM except that the windows are not
sized properly after startup (every startup)

-Sun JDK 1.3.1_03, same as above

Same happens in FFJ EE version 4.0 EA.
