InstallerTest.testEmptyLog() was already fixed by

Sorry, I marked as RF it again - http://hg.netbeans.org/core-main/rev/86b40d8a5b15 and sorry also for wrong issue number in the changeset

I've removed @RandomlyFails from both tests. changeset: 255195:9a47b3c4af5c
Links to nonexistent builds have no value, please attach the text of the failure next time.
InstallerTest.testEmptyLog() is fixed and unfortunately, I do not recall what was the problem with AutoSubmitTest.testAutoSubmitUILogs().
