In autoupdate selected all the XML components to load, followed the subsequent steps 
in the wizard through to 'finish'. After clicking OK to restart the IDE a NullPointerException 
occurred and the IDE did not restart. It was necessary to terminate the JVM using Ctrl-C 
to restart the IDE. The issue has been repeated.

NPE is in Properties module, so I'm reassigning.

Note: it's on Mac OS
