There are as few issues reporting "org.netbeans.lib.ddl.DDLException: Unable to execute command" in Databases. In one issue it's fixed: issue 209757

These errors are probably caused by the same problem but it's not proper to fix them separately, but it should be better to do some mechanism in databases that will check the connection and then handle the error like is in issue 20975
