The UC on is missing http://plugins.netbeans.org/nbpluginportal/updates/7.4/catalog.xml.gz

The IDE installer cannot install JUnit due to unavailable UC.

The NetBeans 7.4 Plugin Portal Update Center has been created. Thanks for your bug report.

Installer should be able to download JUnit plugin, because it resides on a different update center.
