Build 200205161200, JDK1.4fcs.
1.Open Tools/Options/Editing
2. You see that node Editor settings is named
"EditorsAllOptions", and does not have any
properties or children. The editor settings are
therefore unreachable.
Attached MissingResourceException is thrown on
console (not into the dialog).
