[orion](020517-rc4), [jdk1.4](fcs)

Steps to reproduce:
- run IDE in MDI
- open some file
- maximize Source Editor
- attach Filesystems tab from Explorer to MDI
bottom
-> see screenshot, Source Editor isn't whole
visible and MDI desktop pane hasn't scrollbars

It is the same in dev build. It is problem in DesktopPane.

Workaround is to restore and maximize internal frame.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> verified.

A CLOSED issue mistakenly moved into a NEW state... closing again (step 1).
