It is not possible to authenticate against Plugin Portal. Although logging in to netbeans.org works fine, one can file bugs to Issuezilla, Plugin Portal does not recognize that user logged in and displays "Not logged in | Login | Register" in the upper right corner. I tried logging out, deleting my cache, cookies and active logins, logging in but to no avail.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to login page [1] and log in to netbeans.org site.
2. Click "Plugins" tab in the menu of the welcome page.
3. You will see "Not logged in | Login | Register" in the upper right corner.

I can't verify it as it works for me now. My suspicion is that proxy which is used for SSO call to netbeans.org was not working for a while, but hard to tell now as it is up.
