Shows the issue

* Upload a new binary for an existing plugin OR request a verification

ACTUAL: "Cannot send headers - PHP exception" (but the request was successful) - see screenshot
EXPECTED: No exception (the request was successful)

BTW: this also happens when I edit the plugin f.e. when I edit the description or upload a new image
