It is not possible to interrupt the scanning process and projects PHP, java, html, python, etc.

This cannot be fixed by editor. For Php, html it is in this bug #239215

bump. 

I don't want the "scanning process". I'm not interested in any sort of error indicator, in the IDE, at all. I especially don't want to sit here waiting while netbeans crunches through 1,000,000 files that are referred to by my project, in a blocking thread!

Scanning should be not only "cancelable", but "disableable" too.
