I cant open file written in language malayalam

പത്തു കൽപനകൾ
നിന്റെ കർത്താവായ ദൈവം ഞാനാകുന്നു. ഞാനല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊരു ദൈവം നിനക്ക് ഉണ്ടാകരുത്‌.(പുറപ്പാട്.20:1-3)
യാതൊന്നിന്റേയും വിഗ്രഹം ഉണ്ടാക്കരുത്‌.(പുറപ്പാട്.20:4-6)
കർത്താവിന്റെ തിരുനാമം വൃഥാ പ്രയോഗിക്കരുത്.(പുറപ്പാട്.20:7)

I see many square brackets as above

I tried different encodings like UTF-8, UTF-16, UTF-32 etc. but no use
 in netbeans

I can open it in eclipse, notepad++ and MS word without any problem

I can see the above text in the web page properly in the url  https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=242611

but not in netbeans. In netbeans it is full of squares

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
