Output from generation of 8.0 PPUC catalog.

Although Controls.js 4 Java Support plugin [1] has been successfully verified it does not show up on the Plugin Portal Update Center. It seems like catalog [2] is not updated even though it's regenerated manually - see attached log.

I have just fired up manual catalog generation, it produced same output but I can see the plugin in catalog.xml ....

I can see the plugin entry in the catalog [1] too now. Thanks Honzo. In order to get the plugin [1] visible via "Tools > Plugins" in the NetBeans IDE, its author has to make sure "Show in Plugin Manager" option is checked in "Display" category of project properties.
