Right now plugin owners don't know how to contact users of their plugins who leave a comment about their plugin. It would be great if commenters names change into mailto: links so that to ask a commenter additional questions would be just a matter of one click.

So, for instance in "Posted by thesu on Aug 16, 2014" the name "thesu" would be clickable <a href="... element linking to mailto:thesu@netbeans.org.
