Breakpoints should have an option to display a creation time column, so that breakpoints can be sorted by creation time, allowing old breakpoints to be easily found and deleted.

As a developer working on long lived projects, I find that breakpoints in a project accumulate until I have hundreds in larger projects.  It would be very helpful to have a creation date column for the breakpoints so that I can quickly see which breakpoints were created in the last few hours (i.e., these would be the ones I'm using for the current ticket) verses ones that were created weeks ago for older tickets.
