Is there a way to mark files. If there isn't one, I think it's good to have that option by right clicking a file, maybe mark them with colors and maybe even have a quick display window for any file that has @todo or just even type them in the quick window. There were so many times i felt like I needed this, but had to rely on adding giles to favorites.
