jdk 8_66 netbeans 8.1 RC (201510012201)
windows 10

Construct a maven webapplication (with javaEE7 )
Add a servlet.
Profile File (telemetry)

IDE ask for Servlet Execution URI
push OK

Actual Result : 
Progress with connecting to the Target VM

Expected Result:
IDE give hands to users and show telemetry

could not reproduce with 201510012201 and current dev build.

if you are still able to reproduce, please attach your messages.log and and the text from the output view from the session where this happened

Not reproductible with RC2 and glashfish 4.1.1
I had some concern with the fact that glashfish was not able to restart on the fly to bind with profiler and was stuck.

Seems ok now.

I'm too concerned about that. Th previous test is the debug class test and I was not able to connect. After shutting down the server I was able to profile.

well... now I tried to repeat it and worked ok. Will add the IDE log file just in case you find anything useful and decide to reopen this issue.

Having the following line in message.log

Web page open but no binding.

*** Profiler error (Tue Sep 13 10:54:05 CEST 2016): connection with server not open

WARNING [org.netbeans.modules.profiler.NetBeansProfiler]: Could not find a CCT provider in lookup!

Sorry I miss the point that is netbeans 8.2RC and jdk 8_112
