When scrolling *vertically*, the editor always gives me about 15 lines of whitespace at the bottom. In other words: I can scroll down beyond the last line.

*Horizontally* this is not the case. I can only scroll till the last character is at the right-hand edge of the screen.
It would be nice if you could enable some additional scrolling in this case too. This would be handy when "merging" two lines by sitting at the end of the first line, then pressing DEL key.
