As I tested a little stacktrace which is comming from JS, the navigation is not working, but the same stack trace works in WebStorm Analyse Stack Trace window. So I think it is only implemented for Java, right? I think it is a must have to implement the same functionality for JavaScript, PHP, C/C++ and so on.
