Since the unplanned outage of NetBeans infrastructure (probably 4/11), it is not possible to monitor activity of NetBeans Plugin Portal verifiers.

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. As NetBeans Plugin Portal administrator visit http://plugins.netbeans.org/admin/verifiers-activity

Expected: All plugin verifiers are listed and their inactivity is displayed in a table.
Actual: "An error occurred, Application error" message is displayed.
