This issue covers the changes in diff necessary
for migration to the new options.

The proposal of the new diff options is located at
http://ui.netbeans.org/docs/hi/options/#envdiff
and
http://ui.netbeans.org/docs/hi/options/#envfandcdiff

I would like to add colors for graphical merge
conflict resolver into the "Fonts and Colors"
section and a "Show Diff Service Selector" check
box into the "Diff" section.

Please include a diff functionality on change history of the same file, and the
feature were you see were a linhe was and were it is from eclipse is pretty nice
too.
