Operating System = Linux version 4.4.0-38-generic running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_102
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.102-b14

Reproducibility: Happens sometimes, but not always

The tabs display in the plugins dialog is messed up when hovering over the Available Plugins tab. I think the issue is triggered by "--fontsize 16" in my netbeans.conf, but not sure, as the behavior is inconsistent. (I also have "--laf Nimbus").  Screen shots coming shortly.
