Build: NetBeans IDE 8.2 (Build 201609300101) VM: Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM, 25.101-b13, Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment, 1.8.0_101-b13 OS: Windows 10 User Comments: GUEST: I wasn't doing anything in NetBeans. It was open with a handful of files open but I wasn't actively using it at the time the memory/cpu usage spiked. I had to end the task when I tried to navigate a file and the program had become unresponsive.
