When IDE installs it's placed in /Applications/NetBeans/NetBeans X.X.app/

If I don't like this location and want to move/rename app to different location, at the start IDE will try to load some libs from initial location.

It's works well on 8.1-, but 8.2 is broken.

First, start IDE from /Applications/Tools/netbeans-8.2.app/ when /Applications/NetBeans/NetBeans X.X.app/ is not available

Second, start IDE from /Applications/Tools/netbeans-8.2.app/ when /Applications/NetBeans/NetBeans X.X.app/ is available
