Description terje7601 2016-11-28 10:29:48 UTC
As the summary says. I don't want to have to configure a startup parameter (see comment 57 in issue 13063) for having whitespace on the current line removed.

I know the current behavior is "as designed", but in my opinion it's unintuitive and annoying (even more so because, after placing the caret on another line & saving again, the trailing whitespace still isn't removed).

So I'd like to have an extra option "All Lines Ignoring Caret" which removes trailing whitespace on all lines, regardless of where the caret is & thus possibly moving the caret.
