Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.2 (Build 201609300101)
Operating System = Windows 10 version 10.0 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_101
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.101-b13

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  text is TINY-TINY-TINY in log. Try to increase text view percentage in display setting. Text remains tiny in log viewer and menu text is now running in to each other

ACTUAL:
  App doesn't deal with display resolution properly.

EXPECTED:
Text should scale in all windows and scale properly in other windows.
