The checkbox to break on all methods in the Method
breakpoint type dosn't cause the debugger to stop
on either static or instance initializers, I
believe.  It seems like it should, or the checkbox
should be enhanced to allow the user to break on
all methods or all methods and all initializers.

Method breakpoint stops in initializers in current version of NB.

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
