Hi, NetBeans 8.2 bundles 3.0.5 which is incompatible with many up-to-date plugins, for instance, wildfly-maven-plugin.

Newest Maven release is 3.5.0 which I recommend to bundle. Seems to work fine with NetBeans 8.2.
