Воспроизводимость: Происходит всегда

Шаги:
  * Откройте  NetBeans IDE 8.2
  * Создать проект

Текущий результат:
  ничего не происходит

Ожидаемый результат:
  появляется сообщение с выбором созаваемого проекта

NetBeans 8.2 does not work with JDK 9. For more information see: https://jaxenter.com/netbeans/using-apache-netbeans-incubating-jdk-9

And please file issues in English. We don't speak any Russian.
