Reproducibility: Happens every time

tools -> option when i clicking this its not working also when I click for new project its not opening please help out

NetBeans 8.2 does not work with JDK 9. Please use JDK 8 instead. For more information please read here: https://jaxenter.com/netbeans/using-apache-netbeans-incubating-jdk-9
