  IDE Versioning         = IDE/1 spec=3.42

  Operating System   = SunOS version 5.8 running
on sparc
  Java; VM; Vendor    = 1.4.0; Java HotSpot(TM)
Client VM 1.4.0-b92; Sun Microsystems Inc.

   To reproduce the bug:

1. open the New Wizard with the File/New menu item
2. iconify the main window and restore it again.  
3. activate the 'New Wizard' dialog

After that it's impossible to use any mnemonics
for the 'New Wizard' dialog.

What windows mode, did you use SDI/MDI ?

We do not intend to support iconifying wizards - I cannot imagine a valid use case for 
that.  

Where focus goes after de-iconifying a window is between the window manager and AWT.  
If focus is given back to the window, the correct component will get focus.
